Holly Valance, once known for her role as a clean cut schoolgirl in the Australian soap opera Neighbours and later as a pop star with provocative hits, has now emerged as a prominent supporter of Donald Trump in the UK. Recently, she hosted a high profile fundraiser in London, with tickets starting at $10,000 and dinner costing $50,000. Nigel Farage, a Trump supporter and friend of Valance, highlighted the anticipated fun of the event.

Valance’s political transformation surprises many who remember her as Felicity "Flick" Scully from Neighbours or for her 2002 hit "Kiss Kiss." Born Holly Rachel Vukadinovic in Melbourne to Serb British parents, she began modeling at 14 before gaining television fame and launching a brief pop career. Later, she returned to acting, notably in the US drama Prison Break.

Now 41 and living in the UK with her husband, billionaire property developer and Tory Party donor Nick Candy, Valance has openly discussed her political shift to the right. She criticizes "woke ism," the "Nanny state," and current approaches to sex education and climate change, favoring cleaner, cheaper energy over restrictive policies.

Valance’s support for Trump has strengthened through her association with Farage, who introduced her to Trump at Mara Lago in April 2022. This meeting solidified her status in the Trump camp. The recent London fundraiser, attended by Trump’s son Don Jr., Farage, and wealthy American expats, marked a significant event in Trump's international campaign efforts. Valance also hinted at influencing Farage’s political moves and expressed willingness to campaign for him, though she doubts her door to door appeal remains as strong as it once was.
