Former Israeli Space Chief Claims Trump Concealed Knowledge of Aliens to Prevent Panic
During his presidency, Donald Trump was no stranger to extraordinary claims, but perhaps the most remarkable one, according to Israel’s former space security chief, Haim Eshed, involves the existence of aliens. Eshed alleges that the U.S. government has an "agreement" with a "galactic federation" of extraterrestrials, which Trump has kept secret to avoid widespread panic.
In an interview with Israel’s Yediot Aharonot newspaper, Eshed claimed that this agreement was made to allow aliens to study and understand the "fabric of the universe." The Jerusalem Post reported that Eshed's assertions were part of his new book, The Universe Beyond the Horizon Conversations with Professor Haim Eshed, where he states that "aliens from all over the universe are already walking among us."
Eshed, who led Israel’s space security program for nearly three decades, described a cooperation agreement between the U.S. government and this extraterrestrial federation, which includes an "underground base in the depths of Mars" where American astronauts and alien representatives interact. He also suggested that aliens have intervened to prevent nuclear holocausts and hinted at the possibility of future encounters with these beings, referencing the popular “Men in Black” franchise.
Eshed claimed that Trump was prevented from revealing the existence of the Galactic Federation, as they believed humanity was not yet ready. According to Eshed, the aliens fear that disclosing their existence would trigger mass hysteria, as humanity needs to "evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and spaceships are."
Eshed explained that he decided to share this information now due to changes in the academic landscape, noting that his established reputation in academia would protect him from being dismissed as delusional. He acknowledged that had he made these claims five years earlier, he might have been "hospitalized" but stated that he now has "nothing to lose" after receiving numerous degrees and awards.
Despite Eshed's esteemed background, his claims have been met with skepticism. Nick Pope, a former investigator of UFOs for the British Ministry of Defence, suggested that the allegations might be a "practical joke or publicity stunt" to promote Eshed’s book. Pope also speculated that the claims could have been misinterpreted or were part of an inside leak, but noted that key details were still unclear, leaving "some missing pieces of the puzzle."
NASA responded to the claims by reiterating that one of its primary goals is the search for life beyond Earth. However, the agency emphasized that it has yet to find any definitive signs of extraterrestrial life. A NASA spokesperson stated, "Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe."
